- PicClick: great for sifting through ebay listings.

- myNoise: ambient sound generators. my favorite is Rainy Riverbank.
- The Map is the Territory: a zine covering the basics of command-line interfaces, through a witchy lens. it’s not for everyone, but it was deeply influential for me.
- Marginalia Search: wanna look around for old and/or niche websites? Marginalia might help you discover something interesting!
- Wiby Search: Wiby focuses on sites from the early days of the web. another fun way to browse sites online!
- Living Worlds: breathtaking landscapes rendered in pixel art by Mark Ferrari, with dynamic lighting depending on the time of day. originally from the 1994 desktop application Seize the Day.
- Death Generator: make your own silly game screenshots. thank you Alice Averlong for your dedication to reverse-engineering games for the bit
- WeatherStar 4000+: classic, 90s Weather Channel, now in your web browser. complete with funky jazz!
- Lospec: a pixel art-focused website, with lots of lovely color palettes. i use color palettes from Lospec for all sorts of art, not just pixel art!

- Columbo (free on Tubi): classic comfort TV. sometimes i just gotta watch Columbo irritate the hell out of wealthy scumbags, you know?
- Iron Chef: specifically, the English dub of the original 90s Japanese run. professional chefs face off in dramatic, honorable duels! Allez cuisine!!!
- WiiLink: revive your Wii’s long-defunct channels with WiiLink! you can spin the globe in the Forecast Channel to your hearts desire, and more!
- Video Game History Foundation Library: flip through old game magazines, catalogs, and more!

- Krita: a multiplatform, open-source art application. easily the best free art program i’ve ever used—i highly recommend it!!
- VacuumTube: multiplatform YouTube client, which adds adblocking and other features to the official TV interface (Leanback).
- Stacher: a multiplatform tool for downloading videos from YouTube and other services. it makes yt-dlp much more user-friendly!
- Syncthing: syncs folders and files across multiple devices using your local network!
- Win11Debloat: for anyone who uses Windows 11 on their personal, non-work computers, this easy-to-use utility strips out AI junk and other undesired Win11 features.
- Ninite: a Windows utility for bulk downloading and updating applications. useful for fresh installs!
- fsearch: a file searching tool for Linux, similar to Everything for Windows.
